Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets are secured during our work hours. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities that are not properly marked before work begins.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our installation services. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun or materials have been ordered may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Texas.
